NEW CLASSES! I’m excited to share this Hatha yoga class I’m teaching in the gorgeous studio at Flow Tunbridge Wells
Heart Centred Hatha Yoga
This hatha based class is for those who want to slow down and go deep into all the aspects of their practice, from asana (postures), to pranayama (breath awareness) and meditation.
Asana practice will include some slow transitions and holding poses. Students are encouraged to find the version of the pose that suits them using props and modifications. The class will also include some pranayama and breath awareness and finish with a mindfulness practice or meditation.
Each class will explore themes from yoga, eastern and western philosophies, modern mindfulness and other sources, and students are invited to experience what the theme means for them in their practice and daily life.
This class is suitable for all students, from beginners to advanced practitioners
