Hello Summer!

The sunshine finally arrived in May and we even have the opportunity for some outside yoga! In this month’s newsletter I’m also reviewing my meditation teacher training course, corporate yoga and some exciting news about mindfulness for this autumn!

Outdoor Yoga at The House, Monson Road

As the weather has improved yoga at The House on Monson Road has now moved outside! All equipment provided, with changing facilities available. If it rains, we move indoors!
Every Monday and Wednesday at 5.30pm. First class is FREE! More details can be found here.

How to Change your Brain in 5 Minutes

Meditation at Headway West Kent

I’m excited to be teaching a 6 week meditation course at the brain injury charity Headway this summer. This course will include a variety of meditation techniques including mindfulness, breath awareness and visualisation. We’ll also be covering some of the science behind meditation. If you’re interested in offering meditation and mindfulness to your organisation or group, please get in touch.

Corporate Yoga

I spent 14 years working in the City, in insurance, consulting and banking, and I remember the stress of corporate life. I offer yoga and mindfulness in offices and companies to help staff relax, improve attention and focus, and increase engagement. I currently teach at Cripps (where this picture is from) and provide classes at a co working space for creatives in the town. More details can be found here.

Autumn Mindfulness

Plans are still unfolding but I will be running two mindfulness courses this autumn at Flow Tunbridge Wells. As well as the 8 Week Introduction to Mindfulness course, I will also be running a half day workshop on Mindful Communication. More details to follow over the summer!

1730 – 2030: Yoga at The House, Monson Road

THURSDAYS
1300 – 1345: Yoga at Pure Gym TW
1900 – 2015: Heart & Hatha Yoga at Pembury Park Pavilion

SATURDAYS (22nd July & 12 August ONLY)
0930 & 1100: Vibrant Vinyasa at Flow Tunbridge Wells
